Closer to the 2015 model year, Peugeot is introducing a warmed-up GT and GT SW model that boasts extra power and sportier looks compared to the standard versions.
The line up of 2015 Peugeot 308 GT consists of a Petrol 1.6 THP engine producing 202 BHP and 285 Nm of torque; and a 2.0 litre Diesel making 178 BHP and a huge 400 Nm of torque – mated to the catchily named EAT 6 automatic gearbox.
Currently priced from $21,990, the entry-level Peugeot 308 Access five-door hatch gets a manual gearbox and a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol worth 96kW/230Nm.
A six-speed automatic costs $2000 extra. Mid-spec Active models are $27,340 fitted with an auto as standard, while the Allure models are $30,490, all paired with the 1.2-litre unit.
